Had to post this, just because of the annoyance of the BBC forcing me to download the bloatware that is Real Player to listen live.  You can bypass the entire need for it just by pasting this link into your preferred media player of choice:

Not sure if this works in iTunes, I stopped using it a few months ago, let me know if it does though.
